Payment
Please note a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your time/date. Deposit is deducted from the event cost. Balance is due 48 hours before event set up. Any balance $100 and under is due at the time of booking.

Balloon Bash uses tools that are safe for walls when removed properly. We are not responsible for damages

We reserve the right:

Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes in the best interest of our clients. If the facility is not available or set up at the promised time, decor will be left in nearest acceptable location. Any additional time required (if available) to complete the job will be billed to the client at time services are rendered.

Mother Nature Disclaimer
In warmer weather latex balloons may not last even 1 day. Heat and direct sun will affect the viability of your balloons. Severe weather conditions such as strong winds and storms may also affect the installation.

Please Note we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons and they are picked up or delivered. All balloon sales are final.

Clean up
Balloon Bash crew will return to pick up any frames and structures utilized in your installation. Garlands and other organic balloon décor are fully disposable and removal is left to the discretion of the client. Balloon Bash can return for take down if necessary (fee apply).

When should I order
We suggest you that you place order at least two weeks prior to event to ensure that all products will be available the day of. We also understand that there will be last minute request and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

Delivery
Due to high volumes of orders we currently have a $300 minimum on delivery orders. At this time we don't accept pick ups.
